Business development specialist at ARIJ, Yazan Abu Al Rous, has more than 10 years experience generating revenue and increasing brand awareness and exposure for leading organizations in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, including JLVM, a King Abdullah Design and Development KADDB subsidiary and MTTS, a Saudi Bin Laden Group subsidiary. He worked on development projects in Libya in 2014, providing capacity building training to more than 20 local NGOs on leadership, project management, and proposal writing. Al Rous has an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a degree in industrial engineering from the Hashemite University in Jordan.
خبير تطوير أعمال يعمل مع أريج منذ بداية ٢٠١٧ حاصل على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة كارديف متروبوليتان في المملكة المتحدة وشهادة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية من الجامعة الهاشمية في الأردن. لدى يزن أكثر من ١٠ سنوات خبرة في تطوير الأعمال حيث عمل مع عدد من الشركات الربحية في الأردن و السعودية. كما عمل يزن في عدد من المشاريع قصيرة الأمد مثل مشروع تدريب و تطوير كفاءة العاملين في منظمات المجتمع المدني في ليبيا في العام ٢٠١٤.
