Together at RightsCon Tunis, our first summit hosted in the Middle East and North Africa, more than 2500 expert practitioners will come together across over 400 sessions to shape, contribute to, and drive forward the global agenda for the future of our human rights.

I am an Assistant-Professor in Computer Sciences at ENSI, University of Manouba Tunisia. I was a Fulbright visiting scholar at Carnegie Mellon University, PA, USA in 2014-15 and a Postdoctoral Associate Researcher at Northeastern University, Boston, USA in 2015-16.
I am also an elected member at the Municipality Council of Manouba city Tunisia and the Head of the Participatory Democracy and Open Gov commission.
I am interested on Blockchain technology and AI applied to Industry 4.0, Participatory Democracy, E-governance, and Civic engagement.
