Welcome to the Official Schedule for RightsCon 2019, the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age.

Together at RightsCon Tunis, our first summit hosted in the Middle East and North Africa, more than 2500 expert practitioners will come together across over 400 sessions to shape, contribute to, and drive forward the global agenda for the future of our human rights.

Lili Siri Spira currently works as the social media manager for OnlineSOS, connecting people with information and tools to take action in the face of online harassment. Previously, she worked as a consultant for an NGO, combating misinformation around the election on social media. She also served as an open-source investigator and web developer at UC Berkeley's Human Rights Center (HRC). She utilized her knowledge of Latin America and fluency in Spanish to work on cases within the region. She interned at the Center for Justice and Accountability (CJA) where she implemented her HRC training to perform open-source investigations for their legal team. Lili also co-founded Rated R, a platform promoting psycho-social resilience for digital activists.
