With the editorial team of Habari RDC, Lemien edits blogs and coordinates the bloggers of Kinshasa. He guides them in the production of inclusive digital content without exclusion of political, religious or social orientation and opinions. He also participates in the organization of the conference-debates organized by Habari RDC regularly to facilitate the dialogue between the decision makers, the civil society and the young people. These dialogues contribute to inclusive governance by putting people at the center of public action. Lemien has experience in communication, blogging, online media project management, Editing, community management, web for development projects and human rights. He actually advocates for the rights of access to internet and promotes democracy on the internet to allow everyone to make voices heard.
