Welcome to the Official Schedule for RightsCon 2019, the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age.

Together at RightsCon Tunis, our first summit hosted in the Middle East and North Africa, more than 2500 expert practitioners will come together across over 400 sessions to shape, contribute to, and drive forward the global agenda for the future of our human rights.

Legal & ICT Policy Officer
Harare, Zimbabwe
I am a legal researcher with a focus on privacy and data protection. Of late, my research is on how to protect and promote children's right to privacy in online environments. I also have research experience in other areas of IT Law and Policy such as the online delivery of legal services, media policy, and Internet Policy. In my spare time I do research for the Centre for Technology Law Development which I co-founded with two other Zimbabwean lawyers with interests in IT Law & Policy.
