Jannat Fazal is a mental health counselor, trainer and a researcher, employed as a Project Manager at Digital Rights Foundation( DRF). She aims to bring gender revolution through fostering discourse with students around gender disparity and privilege. Her focus is also to reduce distress and enhance the psychological well being of the victims of cyber harassment. She has lead various trainings with students, activists, and human rights defenders to counter compassion fatigue by enhancing their emotional insight and ultimately decreasing their vulnerability to stress.
