Co-creating Tools for Ethical Design

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Designers are increasingly involved in new spaces: business, healthcare, public policy and education, and more – they are becoming engaged in projects that carry large societal impact and significant ethical implications. This is particularly important in the context of emerging technology, when questions of ethics, responsibility and inclusion are still negotiated or overlooked.

This session will be an interactive presentation to share Doblin’s approach to human-centered design, the ongoing principles of ethical design we are developing, and gather stories and input from the broader community. Using facilitation techniques meant to spur discussion and alignment, we will share our ongoing research on this topic and gather input from the community to build appropriate tools.
