Decolonization of the Web as a Means Towards an Effective Journalism

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This is going to be an interactive session and at the same time informative as well. The progress of our democracy lies in our hands, some times we think that we need to be a politician, rich and famous before we can make an impact in our communities. That is not true. No matter who you are and where you come from together we can hold our leaders responsible and demand for accountabilities. The progress of Africa lies in the hands of the young Africans. However, at the end the participants will learn to take responsibility and demand for their rights, they will be equipped with practicable knowledge to deal with the issue of web shutdown when the needs arises.
