Welcome to the Official Schedule for RightsCon 2019, the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age.
Together at RightsCon Tunis, our first summit hosted in the Middle East and North Africa, more than 2500 expert practitioners will come together across over 400 sessions to shape, contribute to, and drive forward the global agenda for the future of our human rights.

The session will draw from participants' experience, starting with self-diagnosis, showing what burnout is and how stress is impacting our life. We will understand what burnout is and what are the factors of our work and culture (specifically in civil society and activism) are working in favour of and against the self-care concept. With this in mind, we will present selected small methods to take care of oneself, strategies in case of burnout danger. But as a community, we will also work finding ways to overcome systemic dispositions on our community as well as in our organizations.
