Welcome to the Official Schedule for RightsCon 2019, the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age.

Together at RightsCon Tunis, our first summit hosted in the Middle East and North Africa, more than 2500 expert practitioners will come together across over 400 sessions to shape, contribute to, and drive forward the global agenda for the future of our human rights.

Ernani is member of the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) Private Office and main contact point for Civil Society Organizations working on digital rights.
Before joining the EDPS in 2017, he worked for a law firm focusing on TelCo law.
He has published various articles and papers on data privacy, transparency and administrative law.
He has recently contributed with a chapter on GDPR and transparency in an handbook published by the italian anti corruption Authority.
