Welcome to the Official Schedule for RightsCon 2019, the world’s leading summit on human rights in the digital age.

Together at RightsCon Tunis, our first summit hosted in the Middle East and North Africa, more than 2500 expert practitioners will come together across over 400 sessions to shape, contribute to, and drive forward the global agenda for the future of our human rights.

Diane Pueschel is the Senior Advisor for the ICT4D Program at Oxfam America and a leading advocate of applying technology in the service of social justice program objectives. Based in Boston, she drives the development of ICT4D strategies, designs tech-enabled development and humanitarian initiatives, and delivers project-specific implementation services. As part of her work, Diane spearheaded the design and pilot of a digital monitoring system for Oxfam’s flagship savings-led microfinance initiative, Saving for Change. Before joining Oxfam in 2014, she launched and managed an education technology program serving youth in the UN refugee camps of Dadaab, Kenya. Diane holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and is trilingual in English, French, and Spanish.
