Clemence is the co-founder and Director of Programs at Magenta and a Social and Behavioral Change Communications Specialist with 8 years’ experience designing and executing SBCC strategies for a wide range of aid, development and political entities the Middle East, North Africa, West Africa and South Asia. Clemence has dedicated her career thus far to work in fragile environments, where she has designed, led and delivered impactful communications campaigns on civic education, governance, stabilization and protection of women and children. A renowned and trusted practitioner, Clemence has a proven ability to build rapport and consensus. Clemence is also a seasoned trainer, who has developed and delivered a range of both internal and external trainings on behavioral change communications. She holds a Master’s degree in international Relations with a concentration in Conflict and Development Studies from Sciences Po Lille. In addition to her native French, she speaks fluent English, conversational Spanish and basic Arabic.
