Together at RightsCon Tunis, our first summit hosted in the Middle East and North Africa, more than 2500 expert practitioners will come together across over 400 sessions to shape, contribute to, and drive forward the global agenda for the future of our human rights.

Alexandra is the Co-Founder of TerraTech, an advocacy project aimed at establishing a consciousness and sparking action among public and private decision-makers in the field of emerging technologies. The exponential growth of technologies in our everyday live has a huge impact in terms of energy and natural resources required, which directly threatens global efforts to stop climate change. TerraTech is committed to establishing a dialog and advocating for public and private strategies that take into account the environmental impact of technologies and offsets them with the aim of becoming carbon neutral and environment optimal.

Alex specialises in International law, with a focus on digital rights and environmental law. Ex-President of CliMates, an international think-and-do tank on climate change, she has been interested in building bridges between the worlds of the internet governance and climate politics for the two past years. To that end, she attended several climate negotiations (COP, One planet Summit, Global Climate Action Summit, NY Climate Week) and internet summits (IGF, RightsCon). She engages in advocacy with institutional actors at the international, european and national level.
She is an international law graduate from Sciences Po law school in Paris, with a common certificate of Global Business Law and governance from Columbia Law School (NYC) and Paris Sorbonne. She interned at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, several international law firms and was research assistant in the field of Human rights at Columbia Law School. She worked in France, Germany and the United States, and is fluent in French, English and German with notions in Spanish.
